This recipe is foolproof! I only beat the eggs & sugar about 12 min, didn't quite have enough vanilla, skipped the walnuts, and used regular red delicious apples and this STILL turned out great! Very light and delicious.

White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies

These are great, a nice change from the same old chocolate chip cookie. The store was out of white chocolate chips so I used milk choc. instead. I also used 1t vanilla instead of the brandy, plus a little splash of milk to compensate for the liquid. My dough was still a little stiff, but they baked up well. Good stuff!

Caramel Filled Chocolate Cookies

My aunt and I each made some - delicious. Milk Duds didn't seem to melt for either of us, but Rolos worked well. Great recipe!

Caramel Chocolate Cookies

These are great cookies, and great for a cookie party. My aunt and I each made some - I used Milk Duds and she used Rolos and Milk Duds. The Milk Duds didn't melt for eaither of us! So you have this yummy cookie and get to this wad of candy in the middle, kind of a bummer, but still yummy. The Rolos melted just right! I'll use those next time.

Sesame Grilled Salmon with Wasabi Slaw

This one is a keeper! It was quick, easy and got rave reviews from my husband and our friends. The wasabi was great in the slaw. Next time I may add some lime to the dressing for a little zing. The dressing/glaze didn't seem to do much for the fish. Next time I'll probably add a little more brown sugar or some honey before glazing the salmon just to give it a little more flavor and color. Overall, great though!
