This is a great recipe!! I made it for my Supper Club, Oktoberfest theme, and everyone loved it. I served it with rye bread squares and garlic and rye triscuits--so yummy!!

Absolutely scrumptious!! I made this for my Easter dinner, and it was a big hit--even with the kids. I did leave out the coconut, only because some do not prefer that, and I did increase the amount of carrots to 3 cups. Thanks for a great recipe!!

Barbeque Pork Two Ways

Ginger Pork

Easy American Potato and Tuna Casserole

My husband, who usually is not too fond of tuna casseroles, really enjoyed this recipe and would like to have it again. However, it was not well-liked by my children, and was just okay to me.
