Microwave Baked Potato

I agree with those who suggested cutting the cooking time or power. I have a 1200 microwave and cooked it for 5 mins and even lowered the temp after turning it over for the remaining 5mins, and it came out looking like a shriveled up prune and it was hard as a rock!

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

I made this soup and tasted it at the point when I added the flour mixture and it was very bland. I added extra garlic-I added some with the sauteed onions and it was still bland. I added extra pepper and almost a whole package of sharp cheddar cheese and it came a little tastier. I think the 5 star reviewers must be bland eaters because I was expecting it to be very good just by hearing the reviews alone. Still searching for a better version.
