This is the perfect sugar cookie! Light and crsipy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. Unless you fros them, then it's soft all over!

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret

This was delicious! I did change a couple things. My chicken breasts were still frozen, so i boiled them for about 10-15 minutes. They were mostly cooked through and cut into strips (as I only had 3 and needed to feed 2 adults and 2 children) Then I added them to the mayo/soy mixture and let them sit for about another 15 minutes. I grilled them on low heat until they were cooked through and OMG!!!! They rocked! My 3 year old couldn't get enough of them. My husband said this recipe would be a keeper :-) Of course my 6 year old wouldn't even try it...maybe next time she will? Thanks for sharing this great easy recipe!

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms II

good flavor, but I would suggest trying to use mushrooms that are all the same size. The little ones were good for popping right into your mouth and cooked just perfect. Some of the larger mushrooms were still a little raw..I guess that's common sense (now that I'm typing it out) but it didn't quite hit me until after they cooked

Mini OREO Surprise Cupcakes

Yummy delicious! I sent these with my 6 year old to school, so we skipped the whip cream and just frosted with vanilla frosting and then sprinkled some leftover Oreo crumbs and then topped with a mini Oreo on it's end so it stood up. Super cute and the kids LOVED them!

Pizza Casserole

This was really great, but it tasted like it was missing something. That's when we realized I forgot to add the pepperoni! I will make this again and I will remember to add all the ingredients along with extra cheese.

Creamy Slow Cooker Potato Cheese Soup

This soup was more preparation than I normally do. But I followed the recipe exactly (except instead of 2 whole carrots chopped I used 8-10 baby carrots and chopped them.) There wasn't a lot of flavor, besides the potatoes and carrots. My husband thought there should have been some ham in this. Or at least more bacon. At the end I added some garlic and herb seasoning and that improved the flavor. I'm giving it 4 stars because overall it is a good recipe that I would make again.

Sugar Cookie Cutouts

I've never had good luck with sugar cookies, but this is the best recipe ever. I followed it exactly and my cookies turned out awesome. I found that the thicker we cut them the better they turned out. Probably closer to 1/2 inch thick than 1/4 inch, but some of our cookie cutters had thin little legs and arms. Thanks for sharing this awesome recipe, we will use again and again!

Chocolate Cookie Cheesecake

Golden Burger Spirals

This was super easy and pretty darn good, too! My oldest (12 yr old) is very picky and he ate almost all of this up. I only made minor changes. We were out of onions, so I used minced garlic while fryin the hamburger. I used garden spiral noodles (they were on sale) and I added frozen peas before baking. I will definitely make this again! Thank you!

Beef Nacho Casserole

I thought this was really good. The family thought it was just ok. I thought it could've used a little more "something". I did add a teaspoon of cumin to help give more flavor. Next time maybe I'll add some noodles.

Julia's Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies In A Jar

This recipe is super easy to put together and are probably the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever tasted. They are a little crispy on the outside but soft and chewy on the inside. I increased the flour to 2 cups and changed to 2 eggs and decreased the chocolate chips to 1-1/2 cups. I also found that if you pack every layer as you go, there is too much room left open at the top of the jar. So I only packed it down at the top before adding a final layer of chocolate chips. (I layered it like this: flour, chocolate chips, flour, brown sugar, flour and chocolate chips. Very pretty! Thank you!

Bacon Wrapped Smokies

Party Punch IX

This was awesome! Everyone loved it and asked to see the recipe. My only problem was that I didn't allow myself enough time for the jello stuff to freeze and I just poured it into the bowl with the ginger ale. I was going to add some fruit to it, but it tasted fruity enough. thanks for a great punch!
