Cajun Chicken Pasta
This was amazing. It was one of the best pasta dishes I've had ever. I used 4 tsp of Creole seasoning in place of the two tsp of Cajun seasoning. I used two tbsp of extra virgin olive oil in place of the butter to cook the chicken. I added some minced garlic to the chicken while it was cooking (maybe 3 cloves). I added the parmesan to the heavy cream also added 1/2 tbsp of cornstarch to help thicken the sauce. My husband loved this, and he doesn't really like bell peppers. Thank you, Carol!

Classic Cinnamon Rolls
These were my first go at making homemade cinnamon rolls. They were delicious once they were finally done. I forgot to reserve the potato water. I used more sugar and cinnamon in the filling than called for. And next time, I would make more icing. I do recommend using a stoneware cookie sheet or something that in non-stick, so they don't burn. My husband loved these and took them to work this morning. Make these on a day off though when you have time to spare.

Chicken In Basil Cream
My husband and I loved this. Like other reviewers, I doubled the recipe for the sauce. I did not have pimentos, but it tasted great without them. I only used about 1/8 cup of basil in the sauce. I needed more bread crumbs than what the recipe called for, more like 1 cup. I also added flour to the sauce to thicken it up.
