Cranberry Almond Biscotti

Made it exactly as is. Followed other's suggestions to cut the loaf before cooling. Worked very well. Next time, I would brush the loaf with egg wash (using the left over yokes) to brighten up the color a bit and also try the tip about the orange zest. Can't wait to make it again.

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Made this one twice in the last two weeks for BBQs and both times, they turned out perfectly. Got lots of compliments. I cut the oil in half and it was still very moist and tender.

Salsa Chicken

I uased Sazon Goya con Culantro y achiote instead of taco seasoning, as I had none in the house. Otherwise followed the direction to a "t". Everyone loved it and my daughter wanted to drink the "soup". I'm not sure if the cheese was necessary. I don't think it added to the recipe.

Fabulous! We roasted the fish in the oven separately like the other reviewers suggested. We didn't have italian seasoning, so used herbs de provence instead. There were no left overs!

Tomato-Curry Lentil Stew

This is a really good basic recipe for Lentil Stew. I've added Coconut milk and a little ginger at times. Bottled Thai red curry also works well.

Unbelievable Chicken

Made it exactly as is.... It was really good... Think it needs a bit more salt. Think I would add a few tbs of soy sauce next time, or filet the chicken breast so that the flavors are better absorbed. This one is a keeper!

Tuna Tartare

The recipe as is, is somewhat bland. I took the suggestions from the other reviewers and added 1 scallion, 2 tsp tamari sauce and subbed one tbs of sesame oil for olive oil. It was very good... Would add another 1/4 tsp wasabi next time. This is definitely a keeper!
