Italian Beef Sandwiches

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2005
Rump roast has a great flavor but it can be very hard to chew, so cutting thin is the key. I sliced the meat after resting, then placed the meat in the sauce and in the ref. for several hours. My 10yrs twins asked to have their meat chopped and 13yrs asked for oions and bell peper cooked with hers. It's a winner.

Cola Pot Roast I

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2005
Wow how wonderful..................................... I had to make a few changes b/c I didn't have all the ingredients. I had no packet, garlic salt or veg. oil. I used Dry Italian Seasoning, fresh garlic (from a jar) minced and Olive oil. B/c of high blood pressure no salt sooo I added one beef bouillon cube. Lightly flower the meat then browned in a crock pot w/ o.oil. removed the meat, sweat the onions and celery in the c.pot.. Then add everything together. My son hates everything and he loves it. Cooked green beans and yellow rice. Will be make often.

Japanese Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2003
Wonderful, will make many more times. The chances I made are: salt, pepper, flour the wings, dip in milk or water, then back in flour (this will make a thcker crust Deep fry until done. I have Japanses C.W. and Buffalo C. III sauces. Then dip the fried wings in the sauces, place on a cookie sheet, put in over at 300 for about 15 min.. Let the crew pick which type of wings they want..

Buffalo Chicken Wings III

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2002
I will be cooking the wings again for my family. Easy to cook in oven and great texture. The only things I chaged- oil both sides of wings while on cookie sheet, 1-8oz can tomato sauce, just 1tbs. chili powder and no cayenne. The 8 kids loved the wings and my husband just add more hot sauce.

This recipe i give high marks. Sweet it is. Sent a loaf to the school stuff, I was told they inheld it. Make sure you use rip bananas, the ones that the skin has turned brown. They make for a better banana favior.
