Cracked Sugar Cookies I
This is the recipe of recipes for me. I twit this recipes some many times it's insane, somtimes I add lime zest or lemon zest or oranges, raisins, chocolate chips. And it always comes out great. I have made this recipe more than 20 times. Have fun.

Taro Coconut Tapioca Dessert
I'm from Hong Kong, this is what we call tong shui(sweet water). This is a good recipe to follow. I used to do it all by taste, a lot more work. I used sweet potato instead of taro(it's interchangeable, but sweet potato has some natural sweetness). My advice is cook the tapioca by itself as the recipe says, you don't want the starchy water. In a different pot cook the taro and sugar. Add sugar till it suits your taste(it's not suppose to be too sweet) then add the tapioca and coconut milk.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
Everything came out great, tasted great. Dough did end up hard to work with after adding the flour and coca powder. Ended up adding 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and instead of white chips I added mint chocolate chips and before baking I dripped the top in confectioners sugar. My test batch I scooped them in balls and they didn't drop much baking. Second batch I flatten and it came out perfect and chewy. Definitely one for my recipe box.
