Garlic and Herb Lamb

I probably doubled the garlic since the cloves were small. You definitely do not want to skimp on the garlic. Serve with green tail onions.

1-Dish Taco Bake

We made this dish for the first time today and really enjoyed the ease of preparation. Just watch that the cheese doesn't get over cooked.

Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes were fantastic. I had doubled the recipe and was afraid at the amount of vinegar the recipe asked for, but there was no bitterness about them.

I liked this simple recipe but made the following changes. Since it said baking powder optional, when I doubled the recipe I only used half as much baking powder. I also cooked in broth almost instantly after running it through my noodle press.
