10 Pound Cheesecake

Excellent - just the right amount of lemon juice. The cool whip gives it a fluffy texture rather than the usual density of a baked cheesecake. This is my new favorite no bake.

Chocolate Wafer Crust

FYI: 2 pkg's chocolate graham crackers (out of the three total in one box) make 3 cups crumbs. Add 12 T. melted butter & press into a 9x13 pan. Very, very good!

Excellent Oatmeal Cookies

Absolutely wonderful. Crispy on the edges & chewy on the insides. Added chocolate chips & coconut for a little extra flavor...the best! Definitely a keeper!!

Awesome oatmeal cookies!! I substituted margerine for shortening & deleted the nuts & raisins. I added a 1/2 cup extra oatmeal to compensate for fewer ingredients. I also kept the dough in the fridge until each batch was ready to go in the oven. (This will help minimize the spreading.) My family loved them. I will definitely make these again!

Apple Raisin Oatmeal Cookies

This is a wonderful recipe! I did use cloves instead of nutmeg, just because that's what I had on hand. I also added 1/2 cup of walnuts & would probably add more next time. My kids loved them.
