Rhode Island Clam Chowder

Too much pepper for my taste, but will make again with less. Very nice alternative to cream clam chowder.

Great base recipe for beer bread. I make up several batches and keep them in quart size zip lock bags. When I need to make bread, I have everything all set - just add beer! I love how the flavor changes depending on the beer you use too. I have used everything from Bud red to Sam Adams!

Easy Meatloaf

Awesome recipe. I used leftover bag stuffing in place of breadcrumbs and it was delicious! My 8 yo son & his friend asked for seconds! Have made this recipe several times.

Peanut Butter and Banana Dog Biscuits

Breakfast Casserole II

This is a great recipe! I made it the first couple times exactly as stated and it is delicious. Now I experiment with different sausages, soups, and potatoes. Great everytime! I love the original recipe with a bit of salsa on top!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I made a double batch of this soup and there was nothing left! I made it exactly as stated, just doubled everything. I have made this recipe several times but am just getting around to reviewing it, but this is definitely a keeper in my house.

Sauteed Radishes

I don't like radishes but I got a bunch with my CSA share so wanted a way to use them. This recipe was wonderful!! I made it exactly as written and the radishes were delicious. Will definitely make these again.
