I just made this cake and had a couple of problems that I was hoping someone could help me with. I followed the recipe exactly, but my topping melted into the cake and did not come out looking like struesel at all. I also used the right size pan, but it was a very thin cake. I am still giving it 5 stars because I love strawberries and the taste was amazing. Next time I think I will double the batter. If anyone has suggestions to help with the topping I would appreciate it. This has happened to me before with other coffee cake recipes, so I must be doing something wrong.
