I used 2 eggs and 1 cup bread crumbs. I was a little unsure about the seasoning, since some reviewers said it was bland, and others didn't like the cumin. I substituted 1 TB of a GrillMates powdered marinade from an envelope packet (used 'Southwest' flavor, but any would be good). Skipped the cumin/chili/hot sauce. Delish! Will try this again with different veggies - black olives, shredded carrot, etc. to keep it interesting. Freezes well. Served with lettuce, tomato, and a slice of American on a toasted whole wheat bun.
