Baked Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches
Growing up we had a variation of this we called "poker sandwiches" because Mom made them when Dad's friends came over to play poker. We used yellow mustard, onions, butter and poppy seeds with ham and swiss cheese and made the sandwiches individually with the mustard, onion, butter mixture on the inside of the sandwich. We wrapped them individually in foil, froze them, and popped them in the oven for poker night. Our version was always a hit and you can make a ton and keep them on hand for after-school snacks.

Beef Tips and Noodles
I make this in the crock pot. I throw in the frozen beef in the morning, cover it with cream of mushroom soup and onion soup mix and serve over either egg noodles or rice.

Sun-Dried Tomato and Blue Cheese Burgers
These burgers were inhaled by my family. The flavor was AWESOME. So much the men-folk each ate two. I added the bread crumbs and an egg based on the other reviews, but I also added crumbled BACON in the meat mix. The egg and bread crumbs didn't help the patties stay firm on the grill. It could have been the ratio, or the bacon. Next time I will try it with just the bacon and leave out the egg. I put the (bagged - moist) sundried tomatoes in the food processor and crumbled the cheese very small. Didn't have any problems with leakage like the others mentioned. Everything is better with bacon!
