Exquisite Pizza Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2002
Made with Jay's Pizza Crust, really enjoyed it. It might have been a little bland, but I still liked it.

California Grilled Veggie Sandwich

Reviewed: May 26, 2003
A little bit of work but well worth it. I put the veggies in seperate foil containers and it worked just fine. Tasted like Panera Bread. Served with a salad with fruit

Fried Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2002
I never had eaten or made this before, but it sounded delicious, so I had to try it- and I'm glad I did! Its amazing how simple ingredients turn out such a fine dessert. I gave mine a beautiful look by swirling carmel and honey over it. Will make again!

Chicken Wild Rice Soup I

Reviewed: Feb. 28, 2003
This soup is great! Definetly recommend! I omitted the almonds, sherry, curry, and used margarine instead of butter. What a keeper!

This is, infact, an unbelievable marinade. I will continue to use this for quite awhile.

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2002
This is one fantastic recipe! I used all the ingredients it calls for and man was that Ziti happy by the time it went into the oven. A great alternative to the boring spaghetti noodle and sauce.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2002
Crust was very good- just the way I like it. I made 4 smaller pizzas, instead of a humongous one. Made with the Exquisite Pizza Sauce for a fabulous dinner.

Pretty good. Could've marinated it longer. Make sure to season your buttermilk and flour- I used Emeril's Essence. Serve with biscuits

Barbecued Beef

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2002
Delicious. Family loves it! Put in slow cooker for 9 hours, shreaded it and drained all the grease, put the shreaded meat back in, along with a new batch of sauce, and cooked for an additional hour. Worked out just fine. Didn't use the liquid smoke Will be making again!

Delicious. These worked out well. I felt though as if something was missing- maybe a little spinach.

Day Before Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2002
Very Good. Followed Directions Pretty Closely Day 1. On Day two I put them in the oven for 15 minutes on 350 to warm up a little, and then I added about a cup of warm milk, more salt, and a tablespoon of butter or so. Then placed in 9x13 pan and put in oven another 20 minutes when I was ready. Recommended

Cinnamon Ice Cream

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2002
This Ice Cream rocks. It is the best I have ever made. It doesn't even have the taste of homeade ice cream- it was nice and creamy rather than icey. Wish I would of made more! A Must Make

Brown Family's Favorite Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
Made great pie...I was able to make two pies with this filling, although one got cheated. This just needs to make like 3/4 of a cup more and it would fill two pies just fine. Overall very good
