Spinach Lasagna III
With a few adjustments, this lasagna turned out to be delicious!I added a whole eggplant and 3 small zucchini, which I diced and then sauteed with the mushrooms, onions and garlic. I also added a whole tub of spinach, which I sauteed for a few minutes in olive oil rather than boiled. I used whole wheat noodles and cooked them until soft rather than al dente. Yummy, and very filling!

World's Best Lasagna
My husband requested lasagna for Father's Day dinner, and this is the recipe I used. I forgot the egg, skipped the sugar and salt, used more ricotta and Parmesan than the recipe called for and it still turned out wonderful! Next time I would like to make the sauce ahead of time as other reviewers suggested. But even only having a little over an hour of simmer time this sauce was delish! I did find the sweet Italian sausage and the flavor was wonderful! I will be making this again, because my husband absolutely LOVED it!

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
I made this without changing too much, as it was the first time I was trying it. Without doubt, the best chili I have ever made! The flavors were wonderful, and my husband said it was the best chili he has ever had. That is a big compliment coming from a huge chili lover! The only thing I am going to do differently next time is try to lower the sodium content. It was crazy high with the canned beans, bouillon and sauce. Other than that, no changes!
