Angel Hair Pasta with Shrimp and Basil
This is very good! I misread the recipe and added just one 28-oz can of tomatoes, and after having prepared the dish, I can't imagine having used two... I think it would be too liquid of a topping. I also used linguini instead of angel hair pasta, and I undercooked the shrimps so that when I returned them to the pan and tossed them with the sauce, they'd continue cooking and be overdone or chewy. It turned out wonderfully, and I'll definitely make this again!

Mini Parmesan Scones
Like other viewers suggested, I added extra parmesan cheese; in fact, I almost doubled the amount called for in the recipe. These were very moist and good, however, mine turned out kind of doughy and tasting a little flour-like. Perhaps I cut mine too large for the cooking time specified (I didn't have a cookie/biscuit cutter, so I used the mouth of a drinking glass.) The cayenne sprinkled on top added a nice, lasting kick.

Japanese Chicken Wings
These are soooo good! I had a chicken wing night in which I prepared these, the Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings, and the Honey Lime Chicken Wings. They all were great, but these Japanese Chicken Wings were our favorite. So sweet, so flavorful, so crispy, so moist! One word of caution... line your roasting/baking pan with sturdy aluminum foil. The sugar/vinegar sauce gets very gooey near the end of the baking portion of the recipe and can be tough to clean up.
