This is a good recipe for a weeknight meal. I only gave four stars because I had to make adjustments: The recipe "as-is" is far too dry. I doubled the amount of chicken broth to 4 cups. The mixture is soupy going in, but comes out perfectly. Also, I used day old bread. In addition to the salt, I added black pepper and onion seasoning for extra flavor. I did not brown the crackers, but drizzled melted butter over them before putting in the oven. They came out golden and crunchy. This is kid friendly- my 4-year old had a great time crushing the crackers and tearing up the bread. Its also quick to mix up. We had everything mixed up and in the oven in less than 10 minutes-even with the 4-year old helping :)

I made this when I found out at the last minute that company was coming- it was wonderful! Everyone raved about how wonderful it was, and they finished off almost the entire dish!

Omitted the red Onion and substituted fresh mozz for the parm. GREAT!

I have made this twice now- both times turned out FABULOUS! I have had several people say this is the best caramel corn they have ever tasted. I followed the recipe exactly, except for omitting the nuts (just my preference). Thanks for sharing such a great recipe!

FABULOUS! I made the filling as originally stated and, after a quick taste test, decided to add 1/4 cup of peanut butter as other reviewers suggested. I was making this for a work party, and after adding the crushed candy bars to the top, decided it wasn't very pretty. So I added a layer of cool whip and then garnished with some more crushed candy. It turned out very pretty and tasted wonderful!

Yummy! Took the advice of others and used the herbs- delicious! My picky four year old ate her entire serving!

I made this as is at first, and it was good and easy, but a bit boring for me. So I added parsley and tomatoes based on some other reviews. After the additions, I thought it was a very good side dish!

A-MAZ-ING. I swapped out the champagne for ginger ale as other reviewers suggested. We drank the entire pitcher at our "girls night in."

I used the suggestion to use caramel sundae topping in the jar. Otherwise, followed the recipe exactly. FABULOUS! I was told this was better than both my aunt and my grandmother's version! Definitely a keeper!

These were indeed very simple. However, I also had trouble getting them to brown, and thought they were a bit flat. I prefer fluffy bisquits, so i probably won't try these again.

This was actually very bland for me. I was hoping the gravy and horseradish would give it more flavor, but I was disappointed.

Amazing! Per other reviewers, I also ended up just cutting a pocket into the chicken and stuffing it with the cheese versus pounding, rolling, etc. It turned out phenomenal! Even the leftovers were good!
