Sticky Monkey Brains
I've made these as the Sunday morning breakfast treat for a long time and my family loves them. The only changes I have made is to increase to four cans and up the cinnamon/sugar mixture accordingly. I do roll them in the butter before tossing into the sugar/cinnamon mixture as one reviewer stated. And to make them extra tasty and sticky, I drizzle maple syrup on top before baking. They are devoured in minutes.

Salmon Croquettes
These were very good and I've never been a fan of salmon before. I did substitute Old Bay seasoning for the garlic powder just cause I don't care much for strong garlic flavor and I used only egg whites and extra virgin olive oil to fry to make it more heart healthy.

Sourdough Bread I
OMG! This was my first try at making bread and this recipe came out wonderful.. Only difference was that I had starter from Amish Friendship Bread which uses sugar and milk so the bread came out sweeter than I imagine the recipe intends. It was still very tasty, especially buttered with a spicy dish of New Orleans style barbequed shrimp. If I make it again using Friendship bread starter I'll just cut back on the sugar in the dough.
