Impossible Pumpkin Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2013
Funny name because it says its "impossible pumpkin pie" some people might think that this pie is impossible to make. But I think the "impossible" means that its impossible to quit eating it!! LOL

Sara's Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2013
It ok, hard to tell when its done and I used fresh homegrown pumpkin. Took about 40 minutes longer to bake and I used two tsp of pumpkin pie spice, it could use a lot more spice though. I will use this recipe again to see if it will turn out then. I will add a photo tomorrow. I used a homemade gluten-free pie crust, because my family is going gluten-free, well trying anyway.

Very good, easy, simple, even though I had to add some more milk it was very good. Thanks P.S I also added about maybe 3-4 Tablespoons of corn syrup to make it dry nice and shiny and beautiful.

Butter Cream Frosting II

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2013
pretty good instead of milk I added lemon juice. So its a lemon cake. but overall pretty good. the only thing I did not like about it was that when I frosted my 9x13 cake both the top and sides ( I took it out of the pan so it could go on a platter.) their was barely enough followed the recipe to a T, and the frosting on my cake is very thin but oh well.
