Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2012
400 degrees and 25 minutes for the crust is too hot and too long ! 325 degrees would work better.

Barlow's Blackened Catfish

Reviewed: May 17, 2010
The blackened seasoning was good, but way too much on the italian dressing, could not get past the dressing flavor a bit much overtook the fish, this may be good on chicken breast , but wont try it on fish again.

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2009
Great recipe, Used a good quality Pepperoni ,a mild Italian Sausage & left out the crushed chili peppers, may add them the next time was afraid would be too much like "chili" but would of added a bit of zing to it for something different. Great !! Will definetly make this one again,, have some still in my freezer !! yum !!

Taco Soup III

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2008
Good base, we prefer a little more spice so use the hot taco seasoning & add a small can of diced green chili peppers, I use canned corn instead of hominy & add the juice as well, this help with the consistency, you can also add a can of tomato sauce & or beef broth.

Awesome recipe, Followed it to the T with the exception of the Bacon, only because I didnt have any, added a little extra Cumin... because I love it ... Was afraid the peppers would be tooo hot, but not at all, was very flavorful & with the peppers being seeded, the heat was perfect ! Great recipe , was told not to lose this one !
