hmmm... not sure I should admit it....... but fried food is the best... you can even spice that up too !!
My cooking triumphs
my latest is a traditional Jamaican Jerk Recipe with all fresh ingredients that you can use on chicken or pork...even beef !! luv to mix it with a mango salsa & black beans and rice !!
My cooking tragedies
Never follow a recipe to the T.... add your own special touch .. usually for me ends up being more "spice" of some sorts ... the spicier ... the niceier... haha ... yes I am one that adds comments along with "what I did differently"

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight
400 degrees and 25 minutes for the crust is too hot and too long ! 325 degrees would work better.

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast
Very good ! I cut down on the salt slightly. I cant wait to try this on a brisket !

Barlow's Blackened Catfish
The blackened seasoning was good,but way too much on the italian dressing, could not get past the dressing flavor a bit much overtook the fish, this may be good on chicken breast , but wont try it on fish again.
