Chicken Pot Pie III

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2011
Made this yesterday and with the exception of a mistake on my part, it went over well with my family. I usd ground thyme and used less than a half teaspoon, but the flavor overwhelmed the dish. I also used cream of chicken soup instead of cream of celery due to personal tastes. I will make it again and will probably eliminate the thyme all together and utilize garlic powder, onion powder and pepper for seasonings. The basic recipe is easy and very good. Thanks!

Stuffed Mexican Peppers

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2011
Great recipe and a welcome change from the norm. The only things that I modified are that I used 4 peppers, 1 green, 1 red, 1 orange and 1 yellow. I only used one can of tomato sauce in the meat and instead of topping with the other I topped with Rotel Original version. I will use a bit less water next time since the meat mixture turned out a bit soupy...good, but soupy. I put the peppers in the slow cooker and put on low for 4 hours. I have a picky family and they loved these. Oh yeah, I put three hunks of colby/jack in the top of each pepper the last hour. Excellent!

Glazed Chicken Wings

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2011
I made these last weekend and loved them. Very simple and tasty recipe. My kids made them disappear in short order... I just seasoned the wings with salt/pepper first....

Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2011
Excellent! I up-sized it a bit and added more cheese. Other than that, stuck to the recipe. Gooey goodness that my wife and kids just loved. Thanks for a great recipe!
