I made this for my family about a month ago and since then, have had to make it 5 times. They absolutely love it. Very quick and easy to do.

Field Salad

Reviewed: Jun. 10, 2005
Very good salad. Be careful when adding the dressing. I went a little overboard and it was saturated too much. I didn't add the gorgonzola cheese because I'm not a fan of it but I added dried cranberries. Good recipe!

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: May 25, 2003
I thought I'd try this one because of all the great reviews, but for the pretzel crust...I just can't get use to it. One problem might be that I didn't completely crumbled the pretzels and everytime I get a piece of pretzel with a bite, I can't enjoy it. The rest of it is good.

Absolutely wonderful....made this last night for the superbowl game and was a favorite among all. I made the dip like the recipe but did put it in a bread bowl for a final touch....yummm.

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 7, 2008
Very good! I definitely recommend leaving additional sauce on the side for dipping...this really makes the dish. Otherwise, she just get a slight hint of a honey-mustard glaze. It was delicious and my husband loved it. Will be making again and again!

Bob's Awesome Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2007
I love this recipe. It's very basic and very yummy. I have had several requests for the recipe. I did follow another's suggestion of using 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 ricotta cheese. I used prego's meat sauce and it turned out delicious!

I thought this was good fried chicken but S.O did not. He thought it to be too bland.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: May 25, 2003
These are good cookies. However, I substituted chocolate pudding mix for vanilla, thinking that would be better. It's still good, but just too chocolatey for my taste. Also, I didn't add the full amount of chocolate chips with the chocolate pudding. Next time, I'll try vanilla and I think that will be much better.

Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 14, 2009
I thought this was awesome - extremely easy and perfect. I marinated it all together for only about 4 hours. The time I put it on the grill was a perfect match for boiling the corn on the cob - great meal!

Chicken Spaghetti II

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2009
My husband and I liked this recipe but found too that it was too cheesy. I read the other reviews and tried to eye-ball it but still added too much. Less is more in this case. :)

Eggplant Tomato Bake

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
Awesome..my first time doing any recipe with eggplant. I did the same with a light basting of olive oil and topping it all off with basil...yummy! What an incredibly quick and easy dish to do for yourself or a dinner party.

Penne Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Escarole

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2008
I thought this dish was extremely easy to make and very good. I followed to a tee except that the diced tomatoes I purchased were with garlic and olive oil. I also used a much smaller portion or the escarole but I think it's easy to eye-ball how much is needed. Very quick, wonderful side dish. Will make again!

Flatlander Chili

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2007
Very good chili. Since I do not like too much spice, I only used 1/2 of the chili powder and it still had a little bite. I also did not use tomato juice and doubled the tomato sauce and added 2 cans of stewed tomatoes as I like tomatoes in the chili. But otherwise, I kept everything just as is!

I really enjoyed this recipe. It does work as a chili recipe and I've actually enjoyed eating with saltines versus tortilla chips. Thx for the recipe!
