About this Cook
I started cooking when I moved out of the house when I was 19. My boyfriend (now husband) taught me how to make spagetti sauce because I when I made spagetti sauce I just added ground beef to a canned sauce. He couldn't believe it. So from that day to this I try new ideas and tweek recipes I view to what tastes I like.
My favorite things to cook
I love, love to cook stews and soups they are comfort food to me. I also love to try new recipes for my family I read here at allrecipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't really have any my mom didn't like me in the kitchen when I lived at home. I guess that is why I never learned to cook till I moved out.

Whenever I make a soup it is awsome.

Kraut Bierocks
These were so good. I made them yesterday I used sauerkraut(1cup drained) because that was all I had in the fridge and I just had to try them. I am going to make them again next weekend for a crowd. I am hosting Thanksgiving dinner. I know they will be a hit. Thank you for sharing such a fantastic recipe :)

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
So good. I use Johnsonville hot loose Italian sausage because I like very spicy food. This is a keeper have made it for UFC night so many times. It feeds many and everyone is always satisfied thanks for sharing such a good recipe :)

Curried Coconut Chicken
This is so good. I have made it so many times for company. Everyone always likes it. The only thing I do different is use coconut oil for cooking and I like a medium curry and I use stewed tomatoes I make with chilli peppers. I do so like spice. This is a keeper thanks Roma for sharing this wonderful recipe :)
