Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2012
Fantastic recipe. I prepared dough in my bread machine on dough/pasta setting. Seemed a little dry during mixing process so I added two extra tablespoons of warm water and and ran the mixing process for a second time. Used the dough to prepare clover leaf rolls that were so delicious, light and had nice flavor. Hubby said they were the best he ever had!!! Will be making these again. Especially during holidays.

Asiago Toasted Cheese Puffs

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2011
Just made these last night. We served it with my husbands famous chicken wings and everyone loved it. Especially the guys. They kept saying it was the best bread they have ever had. So easy to make. Followed the recipe except used Parmesan cheese as it was what I had on hand. Great recipe for entertaining.

Fluffy Pancakes

These pancakes were the bomb. Fantastic flavor and texture. I followed the exact recipe and could not have turned out better. Served them with some homemade blackberry sauce and powdered sugar. Thanks for sharing the recipe as this will be the recipe I use from now on.

Ciabatta Bread

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
This is one of the easiest bread recipes I have ever made. Have made it several times with no problems. I agree with many of the posts on here regarding... what is all the fuss about. Just toss your ingredients in your bread machine and enjoy. My family loves it. Thanks Marina for this wonderful recipe.

Low-Fat Blueberry Bran Muffins

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2011
These muffins are very good. Knowing that they have less then 100 calories make them even better. I substituted wheat germ for the wheat bran because that's what I had on hand. Soaked it in the milk as stated but only added about a cup of it to the batter. Love the fact that they are so healthy compared to a traditional blueberry muffin. My daughter and husband also enjoyed them.

Cinnamon Rolls II

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
I just made these today. Followed the exact recipe. They are the best I have ever made. Very easy recipe. Outstanding!! Will be making these again. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Do you mind if I ask where the recipe originated? Just curious. Also I used this frosting: 3 oz. cream cheese, 3tbsp butter, 1&1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2tsp.vanilla, 1/8tsp.salt, little bit of milk, combine all ingredients. EXCELLENT!!
