Apple Pike
The dough was too thick. I also added cinnamon and honey to the apples just before mixing. The apples were good but the dough wasn't great at all.

Apple Muffins
I absolutely love this recipe. However, I don't really care for sugar, so I substituted with honey and added some pecans. It was delicious!!!
