Alfredo Light
This recipe was amazing - my boyfriend couldn't believe it was light! Instead of the parmesan, I used 4 wedges of Laughing Cow garlic and herb cheese, and it turned out wonderfully. Also, when the initial white sauce is cooking, it's best to bring the sauce to a simmer before you add it to the onion mixture - it thickens up much better that way.

Banana Banana Bread
My favorite banana bread recipe by far. I replace the 1/2 cup of butter with 1/2 a cup of greek yogurt and it comes out perfectly - very moist and I replaced the brown sugar with Brown sugar by Splenda. You can't tell a difference and believe me, I love my desserts. you can add a half cup of walnuts, or I just added a half a cup of Reese's peanut butter morsels. As long as you toss them in the flour beforehand, they don't sink to the bottom. I love this stuff!

Cheddar Bay Biscuits
Amazing biscuits, and they came out perfectly. So easy to make. Just be careful - the dough gets very sticky so you might have to use a little extra flour. I also added some extra garlic powder into the actual baking mix (used Bisquick) and the taste was great. I like my biscuits a little bigger, so I got about 15 total. And to lighten up the recipe, you can easily use 2% cheese and a lighter butter spread without any problems. One of my favorites!
