Lasagna Alfredo
This was amazing! My family usually never comes back with this positive of a response...they all have completely different tastes. But, this dinner was a HUGE success! To the chicken mixture I added 1 c. fat free sour cream to both lighten the fat content and to make it VERY moist, per my family's preference. I also added in 1/2 cup of julienned fresh carrots and 1/2 cup chopped fresh broccoli to the chicken mixture. On the top, I very lightly sprinkled some shredded cheddar for extra color. Thank you for sharing this! We can no longer get the white chicken veggie lasagna by stoufers around here, so this helped make up for it.

Easy, No-Bake Nutella(R) Pie
First, I will have to say, I only used this as a guide, but it was a very nice start! I used chocolate soynut butter and added some chocolate skim milk to thin it. I put it over a brownie crust with some bananas layered into it. Everyone enjoyed it so very much! I will definitely try it with nutella as well, but I had the soynut butter to use up and my son absolutely loves soynut anything. :)

Creamy Ranch Pork Chops and Rice
I made these tonight for a chicken loving family and 1 of the 3 LOVED them. The other two ate them, but still wished I'd made chicken. This was a very easy recipe and for someone who has just begun to experiment with new recipes for meat, it was nice to have it turn out exactly as planned. So, I still gave it a good rating, because the prob. wasn't in the recipe. Will try with chicken next time. Thank you!
