Bacon Wrapped Pesto Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
This was pretty basic but good!! I did make some modifications. Added garlic powder, mozerella cheese and paparika. Used sun-dried tomoato pesto (its what I had). Baked at 375 for 25 mins then broiled for 5 mins. Bacon was crispy and delicious. Just though 400 was too high for chicken.

Baked Ziti IV

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2012
10 Stars!!!! This was so good. I think the sour cream really kicked this recipe off. I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage. Also added some extra garlic & Worcestershire. This is a keeper.

Sweet Potato Patties

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2012
My Boyfriend loved these. I niether loved them or hated them. I couldnt decide. The potatos were still too raw for my liking I think. I may make again with some modifications. We both did not care for the yogurt sacue. Maybe a Chipotle Aioli Dipping Sauce instead.

Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2011
This was pretty good, however; it was way too much coconut for me & i love the stuff. I used a graham cracker crust, and topped with toasted coconut. will make again, but with less coconut and perhaps more nanners.

these were pretty good, not to die for though. Mine came out a little dry & i beleive my butter was too soft, so the topping came out more like a paste. i did use brow sugar instead of white. prob make agan but cut donw the bake time.

Ranch Crispy Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2011
This recipe is pretty basic but all in all very good. I coated the chicken in mayo (as the other reviewrs suggested) and used Planko breadcrumbs. Added a lil paparika, garlic powder and a dash of cayenne (just for fun)!! Chicken came out sooo moist and yummy.

Thai Chicken Balls

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2011
These were suprisingly delicious! I used lime instead of lemon and did not have coriander seed, I used curry, ginger and some garlic for extra flavoring. I actually browned them in the skillet using sesame oil and then baked them @ 300 for 15-20 mins. Yummy, severd with rice and veggies. Something different.
