Delicious! I simplified and bought raspberry vinegarette dressing & candied walnuts. I will make this as a regular "company's coming" salad!

Butternut Squash Ravioli with Sage-Brown Butter Sauce

Use half the amount of spices and a pinch of ground sage to the butter sauce and it's perfect! We had a Ravioili Making Party around my kitchen island. It was a great family night :)

Melon, Mango, and Avocado Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2013
Very tasty, great summer salad, nice presentation. Be sure not to toss the avocado too much at the end or it will mush up. I had a guest ask for the recipe and I will be making this again so I'd say it's a hit!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2013
WE LOVED IT! Next time I would make less roux (2T each butter & flour, instead of 3 & only 1 1/2 cups of milk) to make it taste a little less like gravy and more like cheese. And take the foil off the last 15 minutes to brown and crispy up the top. Be sure to let it cool off and firm up a little before serving. This will be a regular in our house!

Chicken with Chipotle

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2013
This was delicious! I served it with my Mom's Mexican Rice (my own concoction of white rice, canned black beans and a small can of Mexicali Corn which my family loves) and small store bought tamales on the side. I topped the chicken with cilantro and a sprinkle of salt just before serving! This will be a regular at our house.!

We did not care for this at all. I think it was the vinegar.

Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
Very very tastey but the sauce has an odd smell. I still make it as we love the flavor but keep the lid on the saucepan while cooking the sauce.

These were pretty good. Much better than Margaritas you get made with sweet and sour. I will make them again.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Very good and very easy. I did add a little chicken broth to cut the strong taste of the balsamic vinigar and I added sliced red and green peppers.
