Braised Balsamic Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2011
Very good and very easy. I did add a little chicken broth to cut the strong taste of the balsamic vinigar and I added sliced red and green peppers.

My family LOVED this! The only thing I would change is the amount of salt. I would do less next time.

Mexican Bean Salad

A great and healthy side dish. I suggest only 1 teaspoon of salt. I served it with the Fiesta Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas, which is a regular at our house!

We did not care for this. It tasted like beef in brown gravy. Nothing special.

Margaritas to Die For

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
These were pretty good. Much better than Margaritas you get made with sweet and sour. I will make them again.

Quick Savory Cranberry Glazed Pork Loin Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
Very very tastey but the sauce has an odd smell. I still make it as we love the flavor but keep the lid on the saucepan while cooking the sauce.

We did not care for this at all. I think it was the vinegar.

Korean BBQ Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2012
This does indeed taste like the sauce they use at your local Asian "bowl" restaurants and that's what I've been looking for! We loved it! I used it for stir-fry. I marinaded and coated my chicken chunks with cornstarch to make it crispy and then stir-fried the chicken and every veggie I had in my fridge in the sauce. It was delicious. Served it over sticky white rice and made your Asian Coleslaw as a side.
