Sweet Potato Pecan Pie by EAGLE BRAND®

I made this pie for thanksgiving and it was hit! I skipped the orange zest and used a 9oz pie crust instead of 6oz. I also doubled the sweet potato and pecans ingredients in this recipe. Would definitely make this again.

Fresh Salsa II

This is a great salsa. I left out the bell peppers and added salt, black pepper, and olive oil. I also exchanged the lemon juice for lime juice to give a more authentic taste. I would make this again.

Award Winning Chili

My Husband loved this chili! I added a tablespoon of cayenne pepper, 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper. I left out the carrots and celery and cooked it on high for four hours in the slow cooker, allowing the ingredients to blend together. "Delicious" is the census from my family. If you like a thick chili, this is the one.
