Key Lime Cheesecake I

Although the cheesecake was a huge hit, I'm only giving it four stars. The cheesecake didn't have the normal "cheesecake texture." I think it was too creamy...more like a pie than a cheesecake.

Marinated Flank Steak

This was the most tender and delicious steak ever. The next day I used the left overs for fajitas and quesadillas. Yummy!

Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup

I make this soup all of the time...and everybody loves it. I've modified it a little...1 can chicken (if I don't have time to boil chicken), 2 cans chicken broth, I puree the 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 can black beans, 1 can corn, and I add one can of enchilada sauce. I also prefer to use jack cheese.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

I've made this twice now for Thanksgiving and it was amazing was both times. I swear, it was even better than my mom's turkey...just don't tell her I said that. I've also cut the recipe in half and roasted a chicken.
