Excellent Frosting, very creamy. However...I omitted the fudge toppping (I did not have any on hand). It turned out very well.

This was so good. I did not have ground turkey but I did use ground chicken instead. Very flavorful and quick to make.

Muenster Chicken and Mushrooms

Reviewed: Mar. 31, 2004
This recipe was good, however I did not have mushrooms but I did have a can of cream of mushroom. I mixed that with chicken broth and poured it over the chicken. It turned very well plus it had a nice gravy. I think will stick with this version.

Meatball Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2008
I was in the mood for soup and I came across this recipe. I am giving it four stars because I did not go off exactly what was in the recipe, I just used what I had on hand. Instead of two cans of tomato sauce, I replaced it with a jar of italian vegetable tomato sauce and 1 can of diced tomatoes. Instead of boullion cubes, I replaced that with 1 can of beef broth and quartered the meatballs. I also sauteed the carrots, celery and garlic first before I added the rest of the ingredients. The soup turned out really good, very kid friendly. Will make again.

October Apple Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 25, 2005
This is an excellent apple pie recipe!! The only change I will do the next time I make this pie is that I will add a little more flour to the mixture...my pie came out a little runny.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 7, 2006
I made these this morning. This recipe deserves five stars, the muffins came out very soft amd moist. These went super fast. The only change I made was that I added vanilla extract and cinnamon in the batter. I can't wait to make them again for brunch during the holidays. Definitely a keeper.

Maple-Soy Glazed Salmon

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2010
I was surprised how good this turned out, I love the salty and sweet combo. Everyone had a second helping of this. Only change I made was that I added minced garlic after reading some of the reviews. I also served the spinach alfredo rice recipe as a side dish from this website, fantastic!!

Sauteed Rice with Kale

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2013
This was so tasty, the only thing I did different was that I sauteed the kale with the other vegetables instead of steaming it separately. Perfect side dish to incorporate veggies for kids.

Chocolate Shell Sauce

This turned out perfect, it hardened just like the magic shell. I poured this over a turtle cheesecake I made and it was beautiful. This was exactly what I was looking for. Thanks

Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 14, 2011
My mom used to make this for us all the time when we were kids. I make it now for my family and it is super easy. My only change is that I add 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract while it is mixing. Great for a quick dessert.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 16, 2011
This recipe is restaurant quality, I did not alter anything. I was so surprised how delicious this turned out with very few ingredients and how quickly it came together. My family came back for seconds and they cleaned their plates!! This is definitely "Company Coming Over" type of dish. Thanks!!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2011
This glaze was so good, I think this just put the meal over the top. I did like others have suggested and cooked the Filet and the glaze seperately and then I threw it together. My husband loved this. He said that it was best he's had in a long time. This will be made again but only on special occasions.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2010
I have never made stuffing before so I decided to try this particular recipe for Thanksgiving. It was excellent, exactly like I expected it to taste. I made two batches. In the second batch, I cooked turkey sausage with the onion and celery and then followed the recipe as directed. There was nothing left. Great recipe.

Easy Peach Crisp I

Reviewed: Aug. 29, 2008
I am giving this three stars only because I altered the recipe. I used fresh peaches and replaced the white sugar with brown sugar. I reduced that to 1/2 cup because the peaches I had were very sweet. I also did not add sugar to the cake mix topping because I think that would have been overkill. I did add cinnamon to the cake topping as others had suggested. Turned out really good.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

I read a few reviews before I made them and the consensus was that they were not very moist made as followed. I increased the milk to 1 cup, 1 additional egg and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. It turned really moist and tasty.

This turned out really good and it is really easy to make. The only change I made was that I omitted the butter, I don't think it really needs it.
