Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2005
This turnd out to be a really good cookie. I used this recipe for a bridal shower and wedding favors. I made them into large cookie lollipops cut into different shapes (wedding theme). Everyone loved them and could not stop talking about how good the cookies were. This recipe is a winner....very buttery. Thanks again.

Summer Style Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2005
Very quick and easy. Only alteration is that I seasoned the chicken with italian seasoning, salt and pepper before cooking. Also instead of the oven I cooked mine in a skillet on top of the stove.

This meal is now going to become a family favorite in our household. I love that it makes a lot that I can freeze for later. Only changes I made were instead of cottage cheese, I replaced it with ricotta and I added italian seasoning to the ground turkey. This is a keeper!!! Thanks Barbara.

Chicken and Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
Okay I altered this recipe a lot after reading the reviews on this recipe. I already had chicken breasts marinating in the refrigerator in italian dressing. I cut them into cubes and cooked them in a pan. Took them out and in the same pan, I cooked a bag of frozen vegetables, cream of mushroom and cream of chicken soup til tender. I then added cooked bowtie noodles and the chicken in the mixture and stir till all of it is combined. Topped it off with fresh grated parmesan cheese. Really good.

Chocolate Mousse Cake IV

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2005
This turned out beautifully. I also did not have any problems with the cake sliding around. After I spread the mouse on the cake, I let it sit in the refrigerator overnight...ummmm. Really good. I think I am going to try this mousse on the Dark Chocolate Cake (found also on this website). Thanks

Easy Apple Crisp

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2005
I am giving this a three because I did not like how it turned out, it was too soupy and the crisp part was way too sweet. I tried it again but I altered the recipe a bit. I mixed cinnamon and apple pie spice with the apples before I put it in the pan. Then I reduced the water to a half cup of water and poured that over the apples. Then the crisp part, I reduced the brown sugar to a half cup. After all the alterations, the crisp came out really good.
