This turned out really tasty. My family enjoyed it including my oldest who hates anything that has broccoli in it had a second helping. My only change was that I added a splash of sake cooking wine. Very tasty

Zucchini Herb Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2014
I like this as an alternative to just plain rice. I cooked my rice in chicken broth and added a little bit of salt and pepper after tasting it once I combined everything. Also, I did not have cheddar cheese on hand so I used what I had which was an Italian Cheese Blend. I will make this again with the cheddar cheese.

Sweet and Spicy Pork and Napa Cabbage Stir-Fry with Spicy Noodles

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2014
This was very good. I had left over pork and I could not figure out what to do with it until I came across this recipe. The modifications I made was that I used a bag of broccoli slaw and added red bell peppers to it and ramen noodles instead of chinese noodles. Very tasty.

Pat's Baked Beans

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2014
I was skeptical about making this for my 4th of July cookout but I am glad I did. I made a few changes to this recipe, I replaced the garbanzo beans with black beans instead of bacon(my husbancd does not eat pork)I used ground turkey. Threw everything in a slow cooker and cooked on low for about 6 hours. There was nothing left!!! This will be my go to baked beans recipe from now on.

Baked Lemon Chicken with Mushroom Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2014
This was a really good recipe. The only change that I made was that I added a little salt and pepper and browned it in a skillet before placing it in the oven with the remaining ingredients. Very tasty and not overpowering with lemon.

Absolute Best Pancake Syrup

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2014
This recipe turned out alright. I ran out of syrup one morning and I was not wasting gas to get syrup so I decided to make this since I had everything on hand. I loved the buttery taste. I think the only change I will make next time is not add the cinnamon.

I made this for Thanksgiving for those who were not interested in the traditonal pies and it was a hit. It was not overly sweet and it had the perfect balance of lemon. The only change I made was that I omitted the apricot nectar.

Chocolate Fudge Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 2, 2013
Very good cookie recipe. I was concerned at first at how oily it was once I mixed the batter but once it came out out the oven and cooled, it was perfect. So soft even days later. This recipe is perfect when you want to make cookies with very little ingredients.
