Scorched Green beans with bacon, BBQ, Venison with Croqets in Germany, Cheese/Tartar shopping in France, Using all of the animal if possible.
My cooking triumphs
Roasted duck, Rabbit in dijon mustard sauce, Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola cream sauce, Throwing stuff together to get rid of it..it always works it seems..especially if I'm drinking!

My last chicken fried staek..Just messed up the gravy, and should have thinned the meat abit!
