Love cooking..Have worked in the restuarant industry for 17 years, still learning everyday, just started liking tomatos raw!

Steak,Duck,Deep frying, BBQ, Mexican food, Potatos, Ethnic foods, Creating new tastes using veggies.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Scorched Green beans with bacon, BBQ, Venison with Croqets in Germany, Cheese/Tartar shopping in France, Using all of the animal if possible.
My cooking triumphs
Roasted duck, Rabbit in dijon mustard sauce, Filet Mignon with Gorgonzola cream sauce, Throwing stuff together to get rid of always works it seems..especially if I'm drinking!
My cooking tragedies
My last chicken fried staek..Just messed up the gravy, and should have thinned the meat abit!

Thousand Island Dressing II
Good recipe, ready in 5 minutes. I cut the Relish in half as i´m in Germany, and the Relish isn´t too swett, I like it Abit more zesty. I also added a pinch of smoked Paprika to it, turned out great!
