My favorite things to cook
I like to blend cajun/creole with mix of southern or southwest recipes. Cooking for a volunteer group means having to adapt what's on hand. I like to twist it up a little
My cooking triumphs
One would be cooking for a group from Puerto Rico; tried to emulate their favorite meals, it turned out a success.
I consider a meal a success when I am pressed for the recipe.
My cooking tragedies
They are like a bad hangover; I try not to remember them. LOL.
