I made this last night served with Jasmine rice and fresh green beans that I cooked in with thighs and sauce the last few minutes. It was quick and easy to make and was an excellent change from my everyday chicken. Even my boyfriend who is very picky had seconds! The only changes I made was-I used regular chili sauce, I did not have the "Asian chili Garlic sauce", and I used a dutch oven on stove top-first crisping the chicken then simmering covered with the marinade from the bag (I only let the chicken marinade for about 20 minutes). The sauce was excellent and I can't wait to try it with other things. Boyfriend would like to try it as a dipping sauce for popcorn chicken...
