Basic Quiche by Shelly
Great base. Saute onions, bacon and vegetables first. I use 5 eggs, 1 cup of cream and 1 cup of milk.

French Toast I
Average recipe. Works well with raisin bread. Make sure that the stove stop temperature is not too high.
