Cranberry-Pear Tossed Salad

Great salad. Couldn't find apricot nectar, even in the goya section of two different stores. Used the syrup from canned apricot in the canned fruit isle.

Walnut Baklava

Excellent recipe. Just remember to cut into squares, before adding syrup mixture, otherwise no syrup will reach the center, causing it to be dry. 2nd crush the walnuts into small bits or they'll be overpowering....Overall I got raves from my peeps

Chicken Salad

This is by far the best chicken salad I've ever eaten. switched the chesnuts for slivered almonds...Fam doesn't like the way chestnuts taste. Added 1/2 cup - thin sliced carrots. Tripled the bacon. Added sharp cheddar melted by broiler onto fresh Italian bread for a few min...crisp the bread

Kielbasa and Potato Bake

excellent to this proportion,Double the sausage, add 2 cups of cheese, 1/2 milk 1/2 heavy cream, cream of broccoli, sautee the sausage 1st with peppere and onions, par-boil potatoes for 8-10 min mix all together sprinkle parmesean over the top after placing it in pan and cook for 40 min then broil for 2 min to crisp the top

They were delicious Stick to the recipe and it's a no fail, however I broiled my pork chops 6 min each side then glazed with sauce under broiler 2 min each side.

Pretty good. Careful with the horseradish. One tablespoon is MORE than enough. Add more miracle whip if the radish is to strong. Also cook the onion a minute or two longer

Best salad yet!! Try adding slivered almonds and dried cranberries with it. These added ingredients are cheapest at Job Lot.

Pork Tenderloin in Mustard Marinade with Cherry Compote

**DELICIOUS** My one peice of advice...start the cherry sauce way before you start the pork...I used porkchops. The sauce takes forever to reduce. I also added only 1 teaspoon of thyme to the cherry sauce thanks to the suggestion of another users review. Thanks user WENDY

Chicken Bread Bowl
