Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

This was really good! Instead of milk dip the chicken in the lime/butter sauce before breading, then drizzle left over sauce on top of breast. Topped with shredded parmesan. Squeezed lemon on top just before serving

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

Hand stretch the dough;do not roll dough it makes it tough. Pre-cook the pizza crust 5-10 min until lightly cooked (Bought herbed pizza dough from market basket. Only $1.29 for the dough) . spread blue cheese w/spoon just to cover (Don't saturate).Add cooked chicken. (I used skinless/boneless thighs cooked in a pan. light breadcrumbs/flour/adobo) add just enough oil to cook , add Shredded cheese to taste. Once cooked, drizzle blue cheese over pizza. Excellent!... The crust prep works great with any combination of ingredients

Added minced green onion & garlic, 1/2 tsp ea of garlic salt & onion powder. Cook med/med low heat; Just don't burn them. Use a teflon pan and you won't need any oil at all.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

This is excellent. Add a little extra cheese and bacon. Sauce base is just fine don't worry about the pepper it just gives it a little kick. Definately needs to be made early so it can absorb the flavors. Try for at least a 3 to 6 hrs but not more than 24, you don't want it to get to soggy. stir it every once and awhile too.

My Best Clam Chowder

Perfect just use fresh clams not canned. Add 6 strips of crumbled bacon to the final product. Add 6 cloves of minced garlic to veggies. Saute the vegetables for a few minutes in some of the bacon grease. Added 1/2 teaspoon of Bay Seasoning, garlic & onion powder for more flavor

Marinated Tuna Steak

excellent. I broiled my tuna steak, but after the tuna was done I cooked the leftover sauce to reduce and use as a topping over the tuna. loved it!

French Bread Rolls to Die For

DELICOUS!!! I made sixteen and not one survived the night. Add 3 3/4 cups flour not 4. spread corn meal in a slighty greased pan, just before baking, brush with egg whites, push a small cube of butter into the tops, season with salt, garlic/onion powder, dried chives, seasme seeds & a bit o shredded cheese

Cheesy Italian Tortellini

The sauce needs seasoning. Add 1 tsp italian seasoning, onion/garlic powder, oregeno & redwine vinegar. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp nutmeg and pepper.
