Baked Pork Chops I
I just made this last night and it was a hit! My bf was skeptical about the pork chops when I told him I was going to make it. After the first bite, he turned to me and jumped in exclaimed that it was delicious. He raved about it and said this was a recipe to keep and make again. He said it was moist and flavorful. So when I made this recipe, I used thin cut pork chops. I would suggest lightly season it with the garlic powder and seasoning salt or use low sodium mushroom soup if you're going to do thin cut. It was a little salty for my taste but because I served it over rice, it evened out. I did as another reviewer suggested and sauteed onions and smashed garlic into the soup base for more flavor. I tossed in a little more wine as well. I browned the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes each side and put it in the oven for 18 minutes and then another 18 minutes with the soup base. It was perfect!

Creme Brulee French Toast
I went to a brunch where my friend made this. It was the hit at the brunch! I asked her for the recipe and she sent me this link. I didn't have any french bread on hand but a whole bag of french toast bread I bought at Vons/Safeway. I figured, I'd give that a shot. I followed the recipe except for the grand marnier. I just omitted it all together. The french toast was a hit when I made it! Everyone loved it and begged for more. It's an easy recipe and I'm glad I made it! I was asked to make it again the next morning because it was that good! I did change the recipe to 1 cup of half and half and 1/2 cup of reduced milk. It was still great and decadent. My boyfriend said this is the new heaven for him. (he refers to amazing food as heaven!)

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This was so easy to make! It was my first time trying a recipe on this site and I wanted to make chicken. First time making chicken cordon bleu as well! The ingredients were simple and the prep wasn't hard at all. I felt like a rookie could make it. I kept it cooking a little longer than they suggested and so it was a little dry. The next time I make this, I'll make sure to take it out on time.
