Grilled Venison Backstrap

I didn't change any of the ingredients, however I marinated the deer backstrap overnight in the apple cider, then marinated it in BBQ sauce (Sweet Baby rays- Hickory) during the day. When I came home from work, I wrapped it up in the bacon and baked it @ 350 degrees covered, for 45 min and it was perfectly roasted at a medium rare cooking! It was absolutely fantastic, and boyfriend gave it great reviews too!!! Wonderful flavor!
