Toffee Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
Best cookies ever!!! The only thing I did different was use a whole bad of the Heath Chocolate covered toffee pieces instead of the choc. chips and almond brittle and they were just perfect. Big hit with the whole family.

Chicken Breasts with Lime Sauce

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
This is one of my fav recipes. I cook it at least twice a month. I fry my chicken just till golden brown then put in a oven dish. Make the lime sauce and pour it on top. I cover the chicken with tinfoil and put in the oven till cooked through. So yummy!

Oh-So-Good Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2012
I absolutely loved this! The only thing I did different was add some frozen corn. I served it with a salad and enjoyed every bite and had it left over two days in a row. Will be making again.

Zippy Shepherd's Pie

Reviewed: Jan. 9, 2012
This was so yummy and easy. I did change it up a bit. After I browned my beef with garlic and onion I drained off the oil, I omitted the bell pepper and added 1 can green beans and thinly sliced fresh carrots. I also did not have Worcestershire so I used A1 and I did not have curry so I used lawerys seasoning salt for added flavor. I used 1 can of drained diced tomatoes instead of fresh. I will be making this again and again. Thanks!!!

Grandma's Doughnuts

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2011
Love love love this recipe. So easy! I couldn't of even gone to the doughnut shop that quick and they tasted better. I made a glaze out of powder sugar and did some with Cinnamon and sugar. Then shook the holes in a paper bag with powder sugar. YUM

Golden Brown Ravioli with Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 19, 2011
Loved these! I used butternut squash and cheese ravioli's and they were amazing. It was time consuming but well worth it. I made a homemade marinara sauce to go with them instead of jar. And even enjoyed them the next day. Thanks for the recipe.

Chicken Hurry

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2011
Loved this! I doubled it and used chicken legs only. I also added sliced onions to it while cooking. I did cook it about 40 mins covered and then 30 uncovered to brown the chicken a bit. After it was done I took the chicken out and put the cooking dish right on the stove and added a little cornstarch and water and made a gravy to put over mashed tatters...YUM! Will be cooking often.
