Baked Buffalo Wings

Fantastic recipe! This will be the only wing recipe we use. The crust was crunchy and the chicken tender and juicy. Instead of all purpose flour, I used Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Pizza Crust Mix then added Kosher sea salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. We left the wings dry of sauce prior to baking so each person could sauce how they preferred.

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Quick, easy and delicious! Very simple to add one ingredient at a time into the food processor. Differences were I used an equal amount of heavy whipping cream in lieu of evaporated milk and then made individual mini pies (mini muffin pans). Will definitely use this recipe whenever I make pumpkin pie.
