I love to bake - I am addicted to sweets. In my free time you will find me looking through my cookbooks (I love to collect vintage ones) or listening to music. Making Hummingbird cake with bread flour when no all-purpose was available, and having it turn out as a thick banana bread.

Ricotta Cookies III
I love these homemade ricotta cookies! They are very cakey, yet crumbly and buttery. To highlight the lemon flavor in the glaze, you might want to add the zest of half a lemon! It freshens the cookie without a severe lemony flavor.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
This turned out SO delicious! It was decadent, rich, and hard not to gobble up all on my own! Thanks for an amazing recipe!

Clone of a Cinnabon
Subbed the eggs with 1/3 c oil, used less flour, no cream cheese like I do in my own recipe and it still was AMAZING.
