Fixed this for company based on input from the reviews. Salted and peppered fish then spread pesto liberally on top. Put garlic in can of diced tomatoes on the stove and simmered with a couple spoons of pesto sauce. Added reduced fat sour cream, stirred, and poured over fish after 10 minutes baking. Served with yummy warm whole grain bread, steamed asparagus, and Lemon Orzo Primavera from this website. They both went back for seconds! This is easy, lovely and healthy. Might serve with noodles next time to take full advantage of the sauce, but both my husband and our friend said it was great just the way it was. Thanks!
