Slow Cooker Sweet Potato Casserole

I made this for our Thanksgiving luncheon at work - will definitely make again. I doubled the recipe for the larger crowd - next time I will make extra topping. Also, I felt 3-4 hours on high was too much.. after an hour of high I cut it back to low and then to warm after another 90 minutes of that. I felt high for that long was too much in my opinion. I had several people ask for the recipe!

Cranberry Nut Bread II

My mil gave me a recipe very similar to this one. It's very good! Especially once it's cooled and sliced and spread with a little bit of butter. What a delicious holiday snack!

Creamy Rice Pudding

This was quite good. It wasn't as creamy as I was hoping though, so maybe next time I will try a different kind of rice. I also forgot to sprinkle cinnamon on it after it was done so I'll be sure to do that next time as well. I will definitely make this again!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

The title of this recipe caught my attention since my husband is in the army and so I thought I'd try it out. I made it last night for dinner and put it on top of white rice. It was so simple and delcious. My husband said that I can make this recipe anytime I want because he absolutely loved it. He said that putting it on rice is what made it so good. I will definitely keep this recipe in mind whenever I have nights that I need to get something good and hot on the table FAST! Thanks Suzanne!

Cinnamon Chip Filled Crescents

These were excellent.. I halved the recipe since it was just for an after-dinner dessert for my family of three. I didn't quite get the cinnamon drizzle sauce right..wasn't thin enough to drizzle or anything.. I basically had to spackle it on top of the croissants... but they still tasted wonderful! Hopefully I'll get the sauce right next time.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have been wanting to try to make a meatloaf for a long time but all the recipes I've seen have had way too many ingredients.. didn't seem worth it.. when I found this one, I decided to give it a try and I definitely was not disappointed!! It was excellent.. I think my search is over!

Broiled Pork Chops

Magical Mint Kiss Cookies

I loved the kisses themselves.. tasted to me just like the thin mint girl scout cookies. As far as the actual cookies, they were good but I could only take but so much of the sweetness. I ate some and sent the rest with my husband to work so I wouldn't gain too much weight. Very addictive!

Awesome Honey Pecan Pork Chops

These didn't turn out very well for me. For one, I must have let the sauce cook too long because when i poured it over the chops, it just caramelized and was hard like candy. The chops also didn't have much flavor; very floury. If I do ever attempt to make this again, it won't be for awhile!

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Fairly easy to prepare and delicious! I did keep it in the fridge a little longer than instructed each time though to help it get a little more firm (as suggested by previous reviewers.)It was a hit at the party I took it to last night. I have already been instructed to pass on the recipe!

Peanut Butter Fudge IV

I have been using this same recipe to make my peanut butter fudge except it never told me how high the heat should be for boiling the mixture. It's wonderful tasting fudge but I would always end up scalding the milk on the bottom of the pan and the fudge would end up marbled looking. Hopefully now I'll get my perfect fudge! Thanks!

Coconut Ambrosia Salad

Pork Chops a la Slow Cooker

I actually used 2 cans of the soup to make sure everything was covered because we have a longer oval crockpot. When it was done, the meat fell right off the bones and even my mom, who isn't a very big pork fan, was raving about it. I will definitely make this again.

Chicken Crunch

I've reviewed this once before..(loved it then and still love it now).. I just wanted to add that the last time I made this, when I made up the sauce, I also mixed in about half a small bag of frozen peas then continued with the recipe as called for. It was delicious!.. tasted like a chicken pot pie.. I will never make it without the peas again!
